Hi, my name is Lyn and I'm new to using forums and I was hoping that people with similar problems could offer any advice.

I am having my eigth operation to remove adhesions in my stomach(laperoscopy). I wanted to know if there is anything I can do (herbal, physical or anything else) that could help with recovery and the reoccurance. I find the pain unbearable and although the doctor has prescribed stong painkillers they just make me really sick. Does anybody know of any good painkillers that do not include opiates?

I would really appreciate it if anyone could offer me any advice or remedies to help this problem.

Thanks everybody Very Happy
