Negativ tests and late period Posted: 06-17-07 23:24pm
my last period was sometime in the
beginning of feb. i have very irregular
periods anyways so its normal for me to go
a month w/o a period, so i didnt think to
much of it at all when i was a month late.
then when i was 2 months late i didnt
think to much of it then either b/c there
was 1 other time i was 2 months late, so i
just shrugged it off as maybe stress or
whatever. then the 3rd month i still didnt
get AF so i took a hpt and of course it
came back negative. then at the beginning
of this month i went to a prengnacy center
where i had a urine test done and it came
back negative, then this past tuesday i
went to the docs and had a blood test
done, but im still waiting on the results
from them which hopefully i will get
tomorrow, if they dont call im calling
them to find out. the dr. told me if it
comes back negative then im not pregnant
and he wants to start me on some pills to
get my period started back up. but i have
read to many forums of women who have had
negative blood tests and end up being
pregnant anyways. also ive read of women
who kept getting negatives and then
finally have an ultra sound done and find
to be 2-4 months pregnant. ive also read
some other things it could be like cysts
or ectopic pregnancy. it has me so
worried. i dont know what to think. what
do u all think?

well i got my blood test result back today
and just as i suspected it was negative. i
just dont understand why i am almost 4
months late. but im gonna schedule an
appointment to have an ultra sound done to
see whats going on. keep u all updated.
