Anyone know if MSG is safe during pregnancy? I cant find much literature on it!

I think like everything, moderation is the key. Certainly, you don't want to go out of your way downing a lot of it. Beware that MSG contains a lot of sodium, and if you have problems with swelling or water retention, it will likely make it worse, but I have Chinese food now and again though usually I end up 3 lb. heavier the next day due to water retention, but it goes away within a day or two.
