I recently got a very small cut on my lip.
The next day, there was a large pimple
there. It popped in the shower, and now
there is a small puckered sore area. This
has happened to my lip before, and there
is now a permanent mark (a raised area
that looks like a tiny pimple on my lip -
it is slightly darker in color than the
rest of the lip) in the previous area.
How can I prevent this "pimple" from
becoming permanent as well? I have been
applying peroxide several times a day to
clean it, but don't know what else to
do...I would not like to have another
strange mark on my lip...I am already self
conscious about the first one
. It is a little
strange-looking for a scar, but I suppose
I could also apply some Neosporin in case?
