Okay. So I got this palate expander at the ortho last friday. Well, my tounge has been rubbing against it and now it is so raw that I can't even drink water. Is that supposed to happen and is there anything I can do to make it feel better??? Crying or Very sad

Hey

you will have to get used to the appliance being there. u can use wax on it and that will stop your tongue from getting raw.
