Is Budgie another name for .Parakeet? Is it normal for him to not have a tail? I don't know that much about birds, except that they like to throw seeds and feathers everywhere, especially if you have just cleaned.

they normally have tails apparently he had an "Accident" said the petstore so i unno,, i felt sorry for the lil guy so now he;s mine

we had a little parakeet, it was yellow and so cute. we kept it on the table in the dining room by a window, but it died like a month later i dont know why.
