Is There a Way to Stop Premature Ejactulation ? Posted: 06-17-07 00:02am


It seems whenever I have sex or masturbate, I ejaculate too quickly, and when having sex, this is a big dissappointment because then my girlfriend doesn't orgasm because I'm "finished". Like then it takes more time to get hard again, so i just go on to oral sex for her so she can orgasm and such.... Anyway, back to my topic... Is there an exercise to either control when you ejaculate, or how to not orgasm as quickly?
