I recently started taking birth control
pills, zovia 1/35mg. By the middle of the
second month I began feeling nauseous. As
the days went on, I began feeling worse.
Dizzy spells, headaches, vomiting, cold
sweats, and extreme fatigue. By the middle
of the 3rd month I experienced heavy BTB,
which lasted for 12 days. At the end of
the 12th day, I started the placebo pills
and began my normal period. I phoned the
doctor and she called in a different kind
of bcp called Lo-overal which I will begin
after I finish the placebo pills from the
zovia pack. I was just wondering how
common it is to experience these types of
side effects with bcp's an in particular,
zovia. Also, does anyone have any
information or advice about Lo-overal?

These side effects are unfortunately
common on all kinds of horomonal birth
control.
