I have never had headaches, but for the last 4 days I have had this headache usually on my right side of my head. It will suddenly pop up out of nowhere for about 1-5 minutes and then go away. This is happening about10-15 times a day. I am just concerned because I seriously never have headaches. Can anybody give me some advice?

Welcome to .ehealth!

What kind of pain are you experiencing? Is it a sharp or dull or throbbing?

Have you taken any meds for it? Are they helping?

Its a sharp pain. It lasts for about 10-15 seconds, then stops and comes back. This cycle happens for about 10-15 minutes. I have just taken tylenol for it... not doing much. I also found it gets worse with work and exercise, and when i am bending over.

It sounds like a migraine to me...especially since it is on one side of head. The only thing that helps my migraines is immitrex or maxalt...something specifically for migraines.
