I'm 16 I keep getting an excess of mucas that is worse in the mornings. I feel sick in the mornings and in the shower, and feel like im gonna throw up after eating breakfast, so i ant eat very much. I get a lot of flemmy stuff im my throat that is white when I spit it up.

I also get a lot of mucas when im excercising and playing football.

I have 2 lupms at the top of my throat, under my chin, to the right side. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but it doesnt seem normal and they are only on the right side.

What is wrong with me? It just seems to keep coming back and i really don't know if im sick or whats wrong with me or anything.

It sounds like allergies to me. I have had them my entire life. The lumps you feel on your throat are lymph nodes which drains wastes throughout the body. When they have to overwork because of extra mucous they can swell up and sometimes cause an infection. If you continue to get worse, go ahead and call your doctor.
