My wife was diagnozied with gad about 5 years ago, she has gone untreated on and off because she feels she has adverse side effects she can not live with. She has been on paxil, zoloft, effexor, and lastly wellbutrin. She is primarily concerned with hair loss, my question would be can the medications be contributing to hair loss? Are there any medications for treatment of anxiety that do not cause hair loss?

My other concern is that we are experiencing a lot of marriage problems and my wife feels the need to be more independent and free spirited. She feels we are not compatible any more.

I am at a loss?
