he suffers bad from panic attects an i wanna help him ne idears?

Also he thinxs he sees ghosts i no hes been seeing a phycolist down in london and hes now staying at moine im going to take him to the docs and get stuff sorted for him up here, but as we all no the nhs takes ages and all that.... how can help him????
