Please I need advice. I'm 22 years old male and I think I have sinus arrythmias . When I take a deep breath my heart increase beating rate and when I breath out it slows down. Usually I have about 70 heart beats in minute (in normal condition, when I'm sitting at the work for example). I'm practising bodybuilding for 2 years and I didn't have any difficulties. Please tell me should I go to doctor because of this?

When in doubt, get it checked out. That's all I can really tell ya bro, I'm not within face-to-face distance of you, nor do I have an EKG nearby to hook you up to. Cool

Get to your doctor asap, and be sure to let us know how it goes.

Take care,
