General Q&A Answer A2948
A vasectomy is an operation designed to make a man sterile, or unable to biologically father a child. It involves blockage of the tubes through which the sperm passes into the semen. Due to this, a man who has had vasectomy will most likely not be able to make a woman pregnant.
