does it feel like someone is squeezing your heart? If so, that's due to stress my doc told me. I thought i was going to have a heart attack it kept because it kept happening for a while, but i was put on anti-anxiety meds 9for other reasons) and it hasn't happened in a while. just try and breath through it, it will pass.

Yeah
I am dealing with that now and I was wondering the same thing. It feels like someone is stabbing me when I breath and my breathing is tight. I don't have asthma either, but I am REALLY stressed. What do I do? Crying or Very sad

Hi, I too am dealing with this currently. Its a sharp stabbing pain in your boob / lungs area and the deeper I breath in, the stronger the stabbing pain gets. I recently got it in my upper right back and the doctor said it is "Cardiac Neurosa". Its like your brain is giving you symptoms of a heart attack, but your not. Your stress is affecting your muscles and this is whats causing the pain. I was given relaxant tablets which did work (but due to trying to conceive are not continuing to take). Hope this is of some help.
