I just found out yesterday that I have arthritis in the L5 S1 spot of my back. It was a pretty big shock to me seeing how I am only 22 years old and my DH and I have a little one year old. It all started because I have really bad back pains and we I would work out or do normal house work my legs would fall asleep. I was thinking that it was just going to be a pinched something. Well thats my story.

Stop eating all night shade plants.

These include tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, all kinds of pepper (except black pepper) and if you smoke cigarettes try to stop that as well.

Also start taking Omega 3 Fish Oil. These two things alone will help you more than anything else.
