My name is Jeri and I've sang for 30 years. I have developed pretty serious asthma and am currently on inhaled steriods. Advair 250 produced a serious vocal phonation problem...and they switched me to Flovent. I've read they ALL will do the same thing!!!! Any singers out there with Asthma? And if so....what can be done about this???? Will this damage be permanent????
I'm desperately depressed over this.....as quitting the inhaled steriods had dire consequences on my lungs and breathing. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
