I can not stretch my foreskin over the head of my penis. Is this anything to worry about? And how can I help it? Oh and by the way, im uncut. Also the head of my penis is really sensitive. It sort of hurts to touch. Is there anyway i can desensitize it a bit? Please help

If you can't pull yer foreskin back fully and show off yer penis' glands then you prolly have phimosis. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phimosis
