Normal CFS, (7 months ago)spot on spinal mri in C3-4 but 'could be due to swallowing or early plaques of ms, (15months ago) brain mri ok, no babinski's sign, vision problems but normal EVP, balance problems, extreme progressing weakness and fatigue, mod barium swallow revealed weakness left side with residual bolus & liquid, burning sensations on skin, sometimes grip problems esp larger objects, lots of cramping esp toes, legs, hands. Previous lots of fasciculations, not so many anymore, more like occasional spasms. Sometimes tendon reflexes absent or sluggish, sometimes ok. Cognitive testing ok. Could this be PPMS???I'm over 40.

Some of the Puzzle Pieces
you don't have enough information yet; there's more to the story I'm guessing. Look online, and MS overlaps with scores of other illnesses.

You probably need to keep investigating...or get lucky and find a really knowledgeable doctor who has seen these symptoms before.
