Q: Discharge and Smell

I've been experiencing a nasty discharge for some months now and it comes back on the last day of my period. My GP gave me a course of antibiotica several times to treat Bacterial Vaginosis. It still keeps coming back and has the most unpleasant smell. Washing doesn't help and I've tried only using water and no soap and fragrance free products.
Any ideas?
