Q: Lump Under Chin

i have a lump at the top of my neck to the left side but it doesnt really hurt. u cant see it physically without touching it, but if u touch on it u will feel it. it hurts soooo slightly that i dont even really feel it when i touch it. do u think i should be concerned?
