yea i dont know how to fix the problem. it happens often like 85% the time i need to have sex in a special position (reverse cowgirl) thats a sensitive position to ejaculate. but i dont know how i can help being more sensitive, i could stop touching myself i guess

Contrary to popular belief, less masturbation is not better. Secondly, I don't know how to increase sensitivity. Seems most men have such a problem with premature ejaculation and being too sensitive that not many people have put research into men who need more sensitivity. Maybe ask a doctor, see what research is being done.
