Q: Warts That Wont' Go Away

My hubby and I have hpv. I didn't know I had it when we married. I've been porblem free for many years but he has warts and we're worried. It seems every time we're intamate his out-break itches worse. How is that possible? Would condoms help or irritate him more? I wish a doctor would answer this but i'm not holding my breathe for free advice.
