I suffer from anxiey and occasional
depression which I think are really
related but thats another topic. Lately I
have suffered from hazy vision during the
past 3-4 days. Can this be due to Anxiety
or depression?
I have also gone through a lot of changes
in the past 2 months. One is an
incredible amount of time in front of a
computer screen working and gaming. Very
close to the screen I might add. I also
had a stomach/intestinal virus of somekind
in the past week. Started a colon cleanse
after that which I think made me a little
sick. I haven't lost any energy. I was
fairly strong in the gym after my time
off.
I'm not dizzy, weak, confused or any of
those things but I just feel a little
strange with sometimes hazy or wierd
vision.
Thanks,
C

I wouldn't think it would have anything to
do with anxiety or depression. Some
people describe a hazy feeling in their
head (confusion, etc) with anxiety. But I
have never heard of the vision problems
associated with it. It is quite possible
that all the time infront of the computer
and video gaming is causing it?

I am almost sure that anxiety, depression
and other mental conditions frequently are
associated with nutritional deficiencies
or toxicity on food. and our brain is so
powerful that can alter all our senses:
ear, vision, etc. i can think that your
vision problems may be related to anxiety
caused by some nutrition factor. Check
your eating

Actually it comes and goes depending on my
sleep. I have not slept well in 1 1/2
weeks. I'll try some melatonin tonight.
My vision is not bad just blurry or hazy.
I really think it has a lot to do with my
computer activity. Over the weekend when
I was away from the computer it got a lot
better.
