My menstraul cycle is really weird. I'm
13, and got my period nearly a year ago.
Recently, I've been having my period
throughout a whole month. Lets say I got
it for the first week of the month, after
it stopped, a week later, it starts again.
Is this normal?

Most people don't have a perfectly regular
period. Periods are especially irregular
in the first three years that you have it.
So if you have had your period for one
year, you might have some more crazy
periods ahead of you, but then you might
get more regular with time.
If you don't get much more regular, you
could talk to an ob-gyn about birth
control pills. Birth control pills help
to regulate a woman's period. So many
girls are on the pill even if they are not
sexually active.
