Q: Rabies From a Chipmunk?

Yesterday while I was sitting on my deck eating a chipmunk tried to climb onto my lap to get at my food, but while he was trying to get to it my arm got scratched. It wasn't a major scratch and it didn't draw any blood, so I didn't think anything of it. It was just a few white lines on my skin that went away after I washed the area. But I get really paranoid about these sort of things and last night the issue of rabies occurred to me. I know that chipmunks don't usually carry rabies and that the scratch was small and probably not dangerous, but I'm still in a sort of panic about it. I've actually considered just getting the series of shots because I'm so paranoid when it comes to medical/health issues. Do you think that I should go to the hospital or to my doctor about this, or do you think I'll be okay? Confused
