I just completed a cycle (10 days) of
progesterone (prometrium, 400mg at night)
on Saturday. This was in order to try to
restart my period (I'm currently on cd
60). My question may be difficult to
follow so I apologize ahead of time.
Ok, I was wondering if there is any way to
ovulate on or immediately following
progesterone therapy? I know that it is to
be taken after ovulation, so this leads me
to believe that I should not ovulate while
taking it. I have a history of ovarian
cysts. I have been experiencing pain in my
abdomen (for the last two days) that is
very similar to the pain that I experience
when I have a cyst. I have also been
experiencing ewcm for the last day or so.
So my question is this: Do you think that
this is just my body trying to restart
it's cycle, or do you think it is possible
for me have/to be ovulating?
