Q: Three Red Bumps

My skin has like at least three red bumps on it. Two of which are in circles. All three being about a fingertip in length. It appears to be dry skin but it looks weird. Doesn't hurt though. The have been there for about a week. I'm kind of confused about them and don't want to waste my time going to my regular doctor if it is nothing.
