I just went out to dinner with this guy who had like 6 of these pill packets with him:

he took 2 of the orange b- complex 100's, 2 super energy's and 2 b-12's before this enormous meal we had, and then 4 of each after. He claimed it was because the energy blens and b- vitamins will help metabolize the fat and carbs in the meal he ate. I told him he might die cause of the b-6 and caffeine in the yerba-mate that was in that green pill. Oh yea he was drinking energy drinks the rest of the night to "stay awake." Please don't bash my friend here, but whats gonna happen to him?

I would say your friend is a victim of the American psycho phenomenon ... You know... someone who must o.d. on every performance enhancing vitamin or must subscribe to every fly by the minute secret to success guide...

Just like young women feel the pressure to be thin... men feel the need to suceed... but because men are supposedly strong enough... there is not a lot of media hype around it... I would say he is a victim of the Homer Simpson and Ted Bundy era...

Men are so afraid of being the loser they will do anything to succeed... If your friend is boasting about his vitamin abuse... I suggest you be his friend and accept him for who he is... DO NOT try and help him... he doesn't need any help... just be his friend and accept him for who he is... insecurities and all...
