My sinuses have been clogged a lot, but lately strange things have been happening. I don't know if it's just moving to another phase. But, lately the sinus pressure in my nose will discharge/relief pressure without me even breathing or trying to clear my sinues. Especially during sleep. I can't hold my breathe and listen and a high pitch whining sound will be produced while a pressure discharge occurs. I'm not sure if my wife hears it because she wears ear plugs when I sleep now. But, just don't know enough about this condition to know if anyone else hears this and has pressure discharges without blowing?
