Panica attack and anxiety
Hi, I am an anxiety and panic attack sufferer myself as well. It has been 13 years since it started. Last few years, I am not getting panic attacks but still dealing with anxiety in daily bases. Not everyday is bad but it is always there. I have a biological tendency and my mom also deal with it when she was young. But I can still deal with it. I had a successful treatment, it was combination of cognitive and behavioral therapy. And it tought me to recognize the symptoms and go along with it without extending the vicous circle. The most important thing to control your thoughts, when it hits you, dont feed the fire. Just stay in the moment, dont try to run away. Another thing, I learn over the years about this terrifying condition is that you just dont fight with it, let it happen and constantly remind yourself, it is ok and it will go away. You are soo young and I know how despirate it makes you feel. but believe me there are treatments out there and it will help you to deal with it. Please go and get some help. But you have to find the right doctor. Not every doctor is qualify to treat anxiety. Find the right one and DO IT. There is a hope!!!you are not a victim of this disease, once you gain the control over panic attacks they will eventually go away. Be patient with yourself!!!I hope it will help, good luck and hold on there:)
