Headache and Migraines Forum - Headache programmer ..

well... im a programmer... i tend to have headaches now and then.. i already have my eyes checked and got my glasses already.. does being infront of the computer all the time have to do something with the headache?

It can definitely have something to do with it. It is good that you are getting your eyes checked, as that can cause bad headaches. But also the tension in your neck from the computer can give you headaches. Do tylenol or over-the-counter medicines help with the pain?
