I was suppose to start my period Monday the 4th and have not yet started. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests and they said no. I had a hCG quantitative blood test and it was 1 hCG, the doctor said more than likely I am not. But I have been sick off and on for the last week, I have had a headache for 4 days, and my nipples are sore.

Those symptoms could mean many things. Also, there are many things that can make a period late. So it is not safe to assume that you are pregnant based on those symptoms. You could try testing again in a week though.
