i want to be pregnant as soon as possible.
So far everything is normal for me and my
husband as well as far as i know. Its been
half a year now since married. I want to
take some supplements/ vitamins as an
enhancer. I wanted to visit an obgyne or
any doctor (what would u recommend) but i
dont know what should be the exact
approach for my issue. I bought EVENING
PRIMEROSE OIL LAST MONTH BUT UNTIL NOW I
DIDNT STARTED taking it yet coz i am not
sure whats the dosage and . . is it
really an enhancer for pregnancy? How long
should i take it? Just about all these
things are my questions. I just heard
about EPO, so please give me details about
this product and if it is recommendable
for someone like my situation. Thanks a
lot if u can give me light regarding this
product.

Evening primrose oil (EPO) contains an
omega-6 essential fatty acid, gamma-
linolenic acid, which is the active
ingredient. Evening primrose oil appears
to be effective in some cases of
rheumatoid arthritis and may be indicated
in some other inflammatory disease such as
ulcerative colitis or Sjogren's syndrome.
Possible other indications include
osteoporosis, diabetic neuropathy,
hypertension, and atopic dermatitis.
Evening primrose oil shouldn't be used in
an effort to enhance immunity as it may
actually be immunosupresive. Pregnant
women and nursing mothers should avoid EPO
supplements.
