over the past 4-5 days some unusual spots have formed on my penis around the tip of my penis and also on top of penis also i have got spots forming on my genitals, these spots are a form which they are red and quite lumpy i am not sure what to do i dont want to, i have not had sex before so i dont know what has caused it also having these spots my penis still enlarges.

But i dont know where these spots came from? doesnt anyone have any recommendations i am pleading for some help or cure.
