Q: Bruises, Hemorroids And Small Red Spots

I am young and already have problems with my veins. I see once in a while some bruises (it is blue but not bulging) appearing, especially on my legs, for no reason and some very small red spots on my arms and belly.

What could it be ? What should i do ?
