Yes, there are some women who cannot
orgasm at all.
The debate over which (V or C) feels
better is completely subjective, as every
woman feels orgasm differently, so there
isn't really an answer to that question.

Well, your wife is very lucky, though I
think you are confused.
Does your wife have vaginal orgasms,
caused by internal stimulation of your
penis inside her vagina, or, does she have
clitoral orgasms, caused by external
stimulation of her clitoris?
The clitoris and the g-spot are NOT the
same thing.
Missionary position doesn't stimulate my
clitoris at all; in fact, most sexual
positions don't stimulate my clitoris, so
I have to do so with my fingers during
sex. Every woman is built differently, and
even the clitoris can have slightly
different positions, shapes and sizes.

As Eiri said, it sounds like you might be
confusing vaginal and clitoral orgasms.
If she is having an orgasm from the
clitoral stimulation, that would be a
clitoral orgasm, not vaginal. Most women
do not have vaginal orgasms.

I am pretty lucky there. If we are in
missionary or if I am on top, the area
just above the penis stimulates my
clitoris. So I can easily orgasm in those
two positions without using my hands or
anything. So other positions might feel
nice, but they'll never bring me to orgasm
without help.
