Hi over the last couple of weeks my stomach has grown huge, well not huge, but I look fat.

I was only ever 10st skinny bloke, but recently only seen this even the wife comments on it, I have runny poos constatly, and have sharp pains in my stomach which are relieved when visiting the loo. I do drink every night but have done for years, this is different I done feel right and am also a little worried.
