Welcome to .ehealth!

If you are on birth control, why are you worried about pregnancy? How long have you been on birth control?

since nov/dec. its just my boyfriend doesnt use a condom, but he makes sure to pull out. But someone told me you could get pregnant from pre-ejaculate and then i got nervous. lately i just have not been feeling myself. i am always tired and have been having to use the restroom alot more than usual. i dont know what it is though.

Your friend is correct. The 'pull-out method' is not a method. And if used alone, you will eventually become pregnant. However, you are on birth control, so that doesn't really matter as long as you have both been tested and are clean of any std's.

As long as you have taken your birth control as directed, you really should not worry to much about pregnancy. Pms can mirror many pregnancy symptoms, so there are no symptoms that are related to pregnancy alone. If you miss your period (withdrawl bleeding during your placebo week) you can test if you still feel you might be pregnant. Birth control will not affect the results of a pregnancy test.
