On monday 7th may I took my first pill of the pack in the morning, but later that evening I got bitten by a dog so had to be put on medication, I had sex that morning would that pill of protected me for that day?? I haven't had sex since monday morning because the doctor told me im not protected because of the medication but im just a bit worried now about that monday morning. Someone please put my mind at rest!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly, you should probably ask a doc about your chances. It is not impossible. Because you just had your period it is unlikely that you could get pregnant, but at the same time, sperm can live in your body for a couple of days and there is a slight chance that the antibiotics could cause you to ovulate. (Slight chance, but still a chance)

This wasn't your first pack, right?

Well, looking at your old post and assuming you didn't take plan b, then you should be expecting your period , right? If it doesn't come, I guess then go to the doc and get tested.

i posted it again because when i took the test i think it was too early to show any results and when i first posted it i only got one reply! i was just wondering if anyone new had more information????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take Plan B now...

You can technically use it up to 5 days after sex.

Since what she described happened on Monday May 7th it is too late for Plan B.

You can now take a pregnancy test if you haven't gotten your period since before May 7th.
