Q: One Gland Swollen, But No Symptoms?

hi, I currently have one of the submaxillary lymph nodes swollen (specifically the right side of under my jawline) but not any others, even the other side. The tissue around it is very tender and I experience discomfort when rotating my head. However, I do not have a sore throat, stuffy nose, or any symptoms of any kid. I am wondering if this is normal, and lymph nodes will swell for no reason or if I should be concerned? Also I do not currently have medical insurance, otherwise I would have seen a doctor by now. Thanks
