Does anyone else suffer from monthly bouts of loose stool? I am not sure but I think it might be related to my period- menstration causing hormonal changes which in turn affect my bowel movements. (The loose stool seems to come right after menstration finishes.) Never really thought about it but now that I have, I want to get it resolved. Any thoughts?
