Well im 20 and have been having sex for about 4 years now, When i was younger i was raped got checked out etc and everything was clean. I have been with 3 different men since then in long term realtionships, With my 1st boyfriend who i was with for about 2 years when we had sex and he cum inside it would really hurt and sometimes bleed, stinging pain, the inside would go all red etc, i went to doctors and put it down to a UTI so went on anti bi's for a week, then again and again.
i got a little stressed out with having to take these tablets all the time so found that drinking loads of water and going to the toilet would clear it up with in a day. Anyway i broke up with him and was then with my 2nd boyfriend everything was fine down there for the whole 8 months we were together..
Sorry ill cut to the case. im with a guy now been with him about 6 months he knows there is something wrong and wants me to go and see the doctor. but im just ashamed because i know i should be using a condom but i just dont get the same feeling with sex as i do without.
i was wondering if anyone else has had problems like this and if there is anything that can help, its really starting to become a problem.. i sometimes wonder if it might be to do with my partners diet or something that could be affecting his cum. or maybe there is something more serious wrong with me. I'd love to hear some feed back
Many thanks
Sarah

sorry - i'm not sure i know what the question is.

you talk about having sex without condoms. are you on birth control? are you still getting pain and burning after sex? are you getting frequent urinary track infections?

are you saying the only time you get this problem is when he ejaculates inside you, or do you always get it after sex? i don't understand the question, can you clarify it?

I think some mens ejaculate is just stronger than others because I have had the same thing (and im clean) and so was my partner. And at certain times it would sting. Not too sure what causes it but I know in my case it wasn't due to an infection or sti of any sort.

Sometimes if you are not well lubricated when you have sex, you may get sore and raw from the friction, and that would cause what you are describing. If you are on birth control, that may also cause lack of lubrication. Try using lubricant and see if it helps. It could be possible that some boyfriends just spent more time on foreploay or something.

If you think you are getting uti's all the time, that would describe it too. Did you doc ever do a urine test? Some people get utis really often . Try peeing after you have sex every time, that should help. And cranberry juice should make it feel better too.

You shouldn't feel bad about going to the doctor. The doctors are there to help you, and if they feel like lecturing you (kind've like the dentist telling you that you should be flossing more) you don't have to listen. Are you on any type of birth control?? Anyway, you should go to the doc. Pain during sex can be a symptom of many things. It could also be one of the things listed above, which isn't as serious.

Oh, and I've never heard of a man's diet affecting his cum. (shrug)

hey thanks for all your info, Yes im on birth control micro 30 have been for about 4 years now with no side effects apart from the lose of sex drive but i sometimes think that mught be due to things that heppend in the past..
I know i should talk to the doctor about this problem but do you think there is anything i could try at home before visiting the doc i would rather leave the doctor to the last min if poss.. i hate it there.
Many thanks again

If you are on the pill and don't have a reason to be worried abut sti's, then there is no reason you should feel bad for not using condoms. but the pill can cause loss of sex drive or loss of lubrication. So maybe I would try using lubricant and seeing if it helps first.

If it doesn't work, I would definitely go to the doc. Pain during sex is a symptoms of lots of things. You should get checked out.

Does it hurt everytime you have sex?
There are some herbal remedies out there that claim to increase sex drive etc, but they're usually expensive and I dunno if they work or not. Maybe you could try if you don't want to see a doc, and definitely try using lubricant as Georgia suggested and see if it helps.
If these don't work it could be pyschological, making you feel nervous and unconsciously tense, obviously making it painful and could make it more likely to tear your vagina which can be where the blood comes from. But if it only hurts when he ejaculates inside you then it's really unlikely that it's psychological.
Firstly, try the lubricant and maybe herbal remedies, if you want. If these don't work, see your doc.

stinging after ejaculation
I have had the stinging after ejaculation, and i say it is sometimes caused by the salt level's in the male's body. After coming to this conclusion myself i found by asking my boyfriend what he'd eaten and sometimes monitoring his salt intake, the less he salted his foods/ate salty foods. The less it would sting.
And vice verca sometimes.
Forgive me if you think me wrong this is just my personal experience and findings

burning sensation after ejaculation
I have been wondering about this same stuff. My husband and I have been together for 5 years and just recently like 3 months ago I strted to let him ejaculate inside me to try and get pregnant, well its like a burning senstation afterwards! But, only if he cums inside me .. if he doesnt then everything is fine. Or I hate doing this.. but I sometimes have to get up and go pee.. but the burning only lasts for like 10 minutes.

I have been having sex with the same man and experienced the burning for over two years now. The burning only occurs when; 1.he ejaculates inside me, 2. he hasnt shaved his pubes. When we use a condom, i am fine or if he ejaculates outside. I have seen a gyn and i was told it was something psychological and could be fixed with meds. A month after i was done with the meds, the problem resurfaced. And now, i have to get up and hold a cold rug between my legs for about 20 minutes- this is seriously messing with my cuddling time. I now need a warm shower, or else its very uncomfortable if i dont wash out all the semen.

I don't think it's psychological, webcub... I get that burning sensation after I let the boyfriend ejaculate inside me. I have to go immediately to the bath and rinse off really well for the pain to subside. Once, he got semen all over my belly and when I wiped it off, my skin was bright red precisely where the semen had been and was burning. I think i'm allergic to his semen.
