I got a nose job a week ago (narrowing of nostrils/tip, and bridge, and fixing of deviated septum). I just got the cast removed today, and was told to pinch the bridge and sides of the nose once a day (for a few weeks) to ensure that the nasal bones remain in place
a) are there any other nasal exersizes I can do to make sure my nose retains its shape?
b) Is once a day enough, or more is recommended?
c) For how long should I do this?
