hi im 28 years old and have noticed over past month or two a change in my bowel movement consitency. I go every single day about the same time but i now seem to have loose/soft sometimes smelly stools where as before they were always better formed and not always as easy to pass. also im finding thats alot lately in the afternoon/evening i get a uncomfortable stomach where i can feel bloated, or have the feeling of trapped wind and im alwo noticing when i go to have my evening meal im feeling fuller quicker. I have always got trapped wind now and then in the past and i do it quite a high fibre diet but have been for a long time. Its just starting to bother me now more but its not something i want to go to doc about and i wondering if its something i can change via my diet i was just wondering if anyone has any advice. Thanks
