Probably not AIDS but you need to go to the doctor because it sounds like an infection of some sort. If you don't get it treated it will only get worse.

You need to see a doctor. You might be embarrassed, but you're not a little kid anymore. You are going to have to start acting like an adult. That means going to the doctor when necessary, even if it is embarrassing. It means taking care of yourself.

If you are living with your parents and do not want them to find out, you can look for a clinic like Planned Parenthood. I doubt that it is AIDS, but it certainly sounds like something that needs to get looked at.
