I have always had problems during exam
time or taking tests in school. Everytime
I'm in a quiet room full of people my
inside tense up. This inturn causes my
insides to grumble --I get gassy. It's
like a cycle...I'm worried about my
stomach making noises, which causes my
insides to tense up more. This is
ridiculous because I thought I would grow
out of this problem but it seems like I'm
doomed for life. Is there any hope for
me?

This is probably something you will never
grow out of. It is just what stress
causes. Stress causes your digestive
system to slow down and want to empty your
bladder and large intestines . So your
stomach is grumbling and getting gassy
because in part you can't just get up to
use the restroom. This too happens to me
quite often. So don't worry there is
nothing wrong with you. It is just
something stress causes.

Hi Elmerf.
I'm a student and I can share my
experience with you.
The exams always, no exceptions, made my
life living hell.
I was irritated, nervous, hard to reach
to, even experiencing some of the problems
you have - gaze, stomach noises..
Guess what?
The only logical explanation I’ve found
was that I was the single responsible for
that.
I had to study more, eat better before
every exam..And..That’s about it.
No stress, no problems!
Good luck in achieving your goals!
