you're not showing at 9 weeks. the baby is the size of a bean and tucked deep down in your abdomen.

it could be the way you're eating, but it's most likely that you're just bloated.

With my 2nd pregnancy, I thought I was showing around 9 weeks as well. Turns out I was bloated. I really looked a little pregnant but it's amazing what a little "bloat" can do. Your beautiful preggo belly will show up soon!!

I agree with the other ladies. Impossible. Your uterus is still under your pubic bone, or flush with the top.

It's more than likely bloating.

I'm 11 weeks with my 2nd, and I'm not "showing", I just can't suck it in as good! lol!

At 9 weeks, I doubt you are showing. This is my first too, and I'm still not really showing at 13 weeks though my body has definitely changed.

What I did have from 9-10 weeks was a HUGE amount of bloat! It was horrible! Then, I took a belly pic at 11 weeks and I looked so much thinner.

I can't wait until people can tell I'm pregnant and not just looking like I've put on a few pounds.

It Could Be Bloating Or Showing
Hey
Well pregnancy does tend to cause bloating but also I have known people including my mom who have began to show that early sometimes if you have a slender stomach already it can show any little change. The baby is right now just a bit bigger than a pea but sometimes you can show. mostly it depends on how much you insulate your baby. My mom got alot of amniotic fluid in her prenancys by the end of her prenancys she looked like she was having twins. so the baby is not showing but the fluids that surround and protect the baby could be.

It's funny to me, that this was mentioned. I'm 7 weeks right now, so I was looking at 1st trimester belly pics on this website. This is my second pregnancy, and I've heard that you show A LOT sooner after your first.. & well, I'm not showing AT ALL! But all these belly pics of 7 weekers, looked like they were 5 - 6 mos. pregnant.. I was thinking, I guess for some reason these women want their baby bump to show so much, their pushing it out!? Of course, I could be wrong - I mean, maybe their showing at 7 weeks?I know when I'm bloated, nobody can notice it except for me (not even in pics) Very Happy Check it out, if you feel up.. it's at amazingpregnancy. Scroll to the bottom for pics!

Your first pregnancy sometimes takes longer to show.

It will vary. Some girls don't show until they are 6 or 7 months.

I didn't start showing until I was around 20 weeks or so. At 13 weeks you couldn't even tell I was pregnant.

The baby is the size of a pea at 9 weeks? At 8 weeks and 4 days, it showed that my baby was two centimeters.

I'm showing a little tiny bump at 10 weeks and 3 days but then again everyonr including my doc. thinks i'm farher along but wont know for sure until i get my HCG or HGC whatever checked for sure on fri... plus at 7 weeks the baby was 5.9 cm long and even the nurse could point out that the arms and legs were developed enough to see them perfectly... you never know.
