Hello, I'm 18 years old with a moderate anxiety disorder..... For years this has caused me Stomach issues but this past month I've been experiancing an awful burning feeling in my stomach.... Almost like hunger pain constantly even when I eat it doesn't subside. It's caused me to vomit a few times and antacids fail to ease it at all. I'm on Lexapro for the anxiety and birth control. It seems to be more prevalent during my period but even on birth control I've been irregular this month so it's hard to judge.

re: constant hunger pain and burning sensation
hi i experienced the same symptoms you do,for the past few weeks ive been having constant hunger or hunger pangs.no matter if i eat or not,the hunger is still there.i have bloated stomach too right after i ate.sometimes i ignored it but the feeling of being hunger all the time just makes me depressed.i gain weight and i dont know if this hunger pain has something to do with ovarian cyst.usually at night time when i go to bed,the hunger is so bad that it keeps me from sleeping.its just a feeling of burning sensation down there with the hunger pain..have you had any diagnosis on yours?pls let me know, its driving me crazy feeling this way.i am also irregular.

Make an appt with a gastoenterologist....

I know from personal experience of what you are going thru and it will not get better on its own...mine is gastritis (inflammation of the stomach) and this is probably what you have as well but without being examined it is not definate.

Good Luck...
