Q: Sleep - aid Problem

I've been taking over the counter sleep aids for about a year now, and I'm obviously having a problem. The pills don't really work anymore and I've finally decided to quit. The problem is, I can't get to sleep anymore.

I've always had a problem with being anxious, and since I haven't been taking the pills, these problems show themselves more clearly now when I try to go to sleep. My legs always feel tingly and tense and it honestly get so annoying that I keep clenching and unclenching them until it gets so uncomfortable that I have to get up and walk around. I think this is called restless legs disorder or something like that, and it only started when the sleep aids stopped working.

I can't get to sleep, and I'm also broke with no health insurance, so I can't go to the doctor (I already have medical bills because I tripped a few months ago and busted my head). Is there anything I can do to get to sleep, because I'm getting pretty desperate? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
